The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. AC work well. The hotel is opposite of the train station and main bus terminal, so it was perfect as we travelled from Salzburg via train and had to take the bus everyday to the Grand Prix. It is about 15 minutes walk to the old town.
We did pay an astronomical price for our stay due to the grand prix weekend. So didn't see value for money when we only used the hotel for sleeping only (as we were out early morning and came back late everyday).

Location was right across the road from the train station. There were 3 grocery stores less than 5mins away. We were commuting everyday, so the location and access to amenities was fantastic. Also a very easy walk to the river and discovering the little nooks of Graz. Staff were helpful.
Seems a little dated, but they are upgrading. Rooms were comfy, breakfast was great.

Security to reach therooms are a must. An upgrade was a very pleasant surprise... bit the real jewell we hope you consider a promotion is Miss Emily, at the desk. She,'s the most smiling, charming and skilled employees one hotel could ever have.
She, alone, is an A+.
To say the truth, everything ran clockwork!

The location is perfect, just across the main station. The breakfast is super and the room is of good size with a comfortable bed. Worth every star
