Convenient but far from great.

Good location, nice area, easy access to beach. Really good showers. Beds were comfy but we were only 5 people. Don't know where 9 would sleep. Practical but minimal.

Nowhere to put clothes in middle room. No mirrors in bedrooms. Everything very tired and in need of updating. Much of the kitchen equipment was not working. Pool not available when we wanted to use it (closed from 5pm to 11am one day). No comms from host despite sending messages asking for info. Website info says host will meet us at the apartment but this turned out not to be the case. Overall felt a bit let down by the experience.

Exceptional Stay!! THE BEST Apartment for a vacation stay in Barra da Tijuca !

Look no further, whilst in Rio you def want to stay here!!! <3 <3 Our stay was absolute perfection. The location is ideal, safe (!!! very important when in Rio de Janeiro) just a short walk to the beautiful Barra da Tijuca beach, close to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls (3 min drive to BarraShopping), and super easy access to main roads and public transport. The apartment itself was so clean, spacious, and we loved the beach themed decoration. Each bedroom was comfortable with cozy beds, quality linens, and plenty of storage space for our belongings. The living area was super airy and we could feel the fresh ocean breeze (Rio gets hot and fresh air circulating is a luxury - but also necessity!) it was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, with a smart TV and we had fast WiFi that worked really well throughout the apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped, too. We love to cook so we asked for some extra kitchen supplies for our stay which Maria Luiza promptly tended to! So kind!! We loved the spacious private balcony with STUNNING (!) breathtaking (!!!) lake and ocean views and hammock. The building had excellent amenities: 24-hour security, a pool, gym, and even a small playground for children. Maria Luiza and her team were extremely attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check-in and check-out were smooth and flexible. She had private parking for us for a very small fee, that made it so simple for us to get in and out. We def had a stress-free time getting in and out. We loved the Rio sunset walks with our pup which Maria Luiza was so accommodating of! This apartment was perfect for us!! — I think families, friends, or even business travelers would all feel at home and truly enjoy their time here. We can't wait to come back!! Place is well prepared and very good location to reach every location. So clean and very safe place. Check in was pretty easy. Host is so kind and helpful.

Hosts were wonderful, very welcoming & accommodating especially when I made a botch up with the booking numbers! Spoke very good English & easy communication with watsapp once we had internet connection Clean large apartment with balcony. Safe with concierge & gated access 24 hours. Access to swimming pool.

Location is far from tourist sites which is fine if you want quiet beaches with a more local feel. Apartment is dated, needs to be upgraded. Basic furniture. Bed was comfortable but pillows were not. Air con worked at one setting with main switch only. Not worth the money as you have to pay per person rather then for the apartment.

Todo estuvo excelente !!! son grandes anfitriones. Nos han recomendado lugares para comer, playa cerca, lugares para comer cerca y un mi ni mercado frente al complejo. Todo muy cómodo si vas en familia.

Muy buena experiencia en Barra

El alojamiento está ubicado en una zona muy segura, a menos de 5 minutos de la playa. Frente al edificio tiene un minimercado muy completo para las compras diarias. Al centro de barra son unos 10 minutos en auto El departamento es cómodo y tiene una buena distribución, aunque la habitación de servicio no la utilizamos por no tener ventilación y el ventilador no funcionaba, con lo cual era muy calurosa. Las camas tenian buenos colchones, mientras que las adicionales que salían de abajo tenían colchones muy bajos y blandos. El equipamiento es adecuado La respuesta de los anfitriones a nuestras consultas fueron muy rápidas y fluidas

Que se ofrezcan 4 habitaciones, cuando. en una es imposible que duerma una pareja. Eso no me gustó para NADA, una de las persona tuvo que dormir en el living tirado en el piso, ya que el sofó era mediano. Si sabía de estas cuestiones NO alquilaba ese Apartamento

Limpeza Impecável. Apartamento maravilhoso, nossa escolha pela segunda vez. Retornamos mais uma vez para nossa segunda temporada em família nessa linda localização. O apartamento mais uma vez nos atendeu perfeitamente, sempre tendo tudo o que precisávamos para nossa grande família : excelentes camas confortaveis com vista para o mar e lagoa de todos os quartos. ótimas duchas. Como Mineiros, apreciamos uma boa culinária, e tivemos todos os utensílios de cozinha para preparar nossas comidas Mineiras. Recomendamos fortemente o apartamento e também os anfitriões.
