Where should I start…this property one of the best I’ve ever been. It’s cozy and it is really nice. We only stayed for a night and we were desperate to leave the property. If we could have we would’ve stayed an other night. The host is amazingly kind and I can see that she did the interior decoration because you can feel the positive energy from her in it. It’s kinda a bohemian aesthetic, which isn’t my favourite, but this one somehow perfect. The house is squeaky clean and well equipped. It has a ski room if you come to ski, a sauna, fake fireplace, a PS2 and Xbox One and some board games. What makes excellent an accommodation is, IMO, the little touches. The little notes all over the place, which already answered the FAQs, the hand cream in the bathroom and etc. It was really nice. I’m considering to come back in the ski season! P.S: Due to the bad weather we couldn’t use the garden, however it was beautiful. There was a seating area, a grill and a ping pong table.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the kitchen essentials. Our kids loved the small garden, and the basement location kept the apartment naturally cool during the hot weather—almost like having air conditioning. The Badesee Niedernsill is only about a 10-minute walk (900 m) away and was perfect for the kids. We actually enjoyed it more than visiting Zell am See. Highly recommended for families.
