This modern flat in Niedernsill is perfect for families. Thanks to the lovely underfloor heating, you'll never have cold feet in summer or winter! In this super modern house, you can completely unwind on the comfortable sofa or enjoy a cosy dinner at the wooden dining table in the open kitchen. You're sure to find a relaxing holiday here!

Nearby you will find the skiing areas Zell am See, Kaprun and Kitzbühel-Kirchberg. The closest ski lift is only about 3km away. Even in 2 weeks it is almost impossible to explore all slopes, so there is enough choice.
There are also several restaurants and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity and you don't have to be sporty to reach them on foot
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Was für ein schönes Haus! Vollständig ausgestattet. Sehr ruhiges Haus. Gute Betten. Zentral an der Straße gelegen, in 10 min in Kaprun. Spar und eine Bäckerei sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Eigentümer sind immer bereit, Ihre Fragen zu beantworten. Ein Haus zum Erinnern.

Modisch super eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, mit allem was man braucht, um tolle Tage zu verbringen. Die Vermieter sind super freundich und offen und für einen stets zu Verfügung, da sie gleich neben an wohnen :-) In der nahen Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten die Natur zu entdecken und einfach mal abzuschalten. Auch für das leibliche Wohl ist gesorgt, denn in der nahen Umgebung gibt es Einkufsmöglichkeiten, um Lebensmittel zu besorgen, die man dann in der tollen Küche zubereiten kann. Das Auto kann man wortwörtlich direkt vor der Tür parken. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!

Fantastic stay

First of all the host were friendly and helpful, never any problems. The apartment was as advertised, perfect condition and clean, fully equipped you don’t need to bring anything from home. The location is 13 km away from Zell am See and 10 km from Kaprun, which are great places to eat, shop and entertainment. 5 min walk from the apartment is a supermarket with everything you will need. Only small drawback is the location next to a busy road, but with the doors and windows closed you will not hear anything. We were very satisfying and are already planning on going back.

Es war eine tolle Woche bei Anni. Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Am besten haben mir die Küche und das Bad gefallen :-) Wir hatten Sorge, dass es wegen der Straße etwas laut sein könnte, aber die Fenster sind so schalldicht, dass man davon gar nix gehört hat. Alles in allem eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer lieben Gastfamilie :-)

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Für einen Aufenthalt mit Kind/Kindern ist die Unterkunft wirklich gut geeignet. Und auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns wirklich sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt vollendest genossen.

Moderne und gepflegte Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage zu allen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Der Check-in verlief ausführlich und unkompliziert. Das Gastgeberpaar war sehr nett. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß, modern und mit allem perfekt ausgestattet, seit kurzem auch mit einer Waschmaschine. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Direkt vor dem Haus verläuft eine Hauptstraße, diese ist jedoch durch die 3fach-Verglasung kaum wahrnehmbar. Im hinteren Schlafzimmer haben wir bei offenem Fenster geschlafen und dieses in den Morgenstunden geschlossen. Also alles kein Problem. Die Wohnung liegt in ausgezeichneter Lage zu den Ausflugszielen, in ca. 200 m ein Einkaufsmarkt und Bushaltestelle, Bäcker im Ortszentrum. Wir bedanken uns bei den Gastgebern für die wunderschöne Ferienwohnung.

wenn man sich im Urlaub nicht nur wohl sondern sich auch wie zu Hause fühlen möchte, dann ist man bei der Familie Egger als liebevolle und herzliche Gastgeber genau richtig :-) Man findet in der Wohnung wirklich alles was man sich zum wohlfühlen vorstellt. Von flauschigen Handtüchern bis hin zu einem guten Brotmesser, tolle Einrichtig die sehr sauber und gepflegt ist, wirklich eine liebevolle Gestaltung der Wohnung. Da es vor unserer Anreise dort ein paar sehr heiße Tage gab, haben wir es sehr geschätzt dass der liebe "Hausherr Hans" dafür sorgte dass wir eine kühle Wohnung bei der Schlüsselübergabe vorfinden konnten ! Auch im Vorfeld hat die lieb Anni alles wunderbar geregelt und sogar die "Wohnzimmertests" für uns besorgt- einfach genial. So konnte an unserem ersten Tag der Urlaub ganz entspannt starten. Eine kleine Leckerei zu unserem Empfang haben wir auch noch vorgefunden- einfach genial. Was will man mehr! Jürgen+Evelyn

Het appartement in Niedernsill was het meest luxe appartement dat wij ooit hebbe ...

Het appartement in Niedernsill was het meest luxe appartement dat wij ooit hebben geboekt. Neem daarbij de supervriendelijke eigenaresse en hartelijke ontvangst met een fles wijn en chocolade al op tafel en je hebt de perfecte ingrediënten voor een mooie vakantie. Het enige nadeel van dit appartement is de drukke weg die er langs loopt, met de ramen dicht heb je er weinig tot geen last van en snachts van af 23.00 uur tot ongeveer 5.30 uur kun je ook de raam wel open zetten dan is het verkeer tot een minimum beperkt. Maar dit probleempje weegt wat ons betreft niet op tegen alle andere goed punten en vooral de vriendelijke eigenaren. Een klein voorbeeld wij hadden een zeer voorspoedige heenreis en waren al heel vroeg in Niedernsill, ik belde met mevr. Egger en we konden meteen al onze spullen binnenzetten ondanks dat ze nog volop aan het schoonmaken waren. Vervolgens zijn wij even de omgeving gaan verkennen en de eerste boodschappen gedaan en werden we om 12.15 gebeld dat ze klaar waren en wij van harte welkom om onze rust te pakken na een nacht doorgereden te zijn. Wij rijden bij voorkeur s'nachts i.v.m. veel minder drukte op de weg. Nogmaals complimenten en de vriendelijke groeten aan de Fam. Egger en wij komen hier zeker nog een keertje terug.
