This cosy flat is located at the edge of the village on a sunny meadow with stunning views of the imposing mountain world of the Hohe Tauern. Whether you are looking for relaxation, sporting challenges or just some quality time with the family - Piesendorf offers it all.

The town centre and the nearest bakery and restaurant are about 300 metres from the property. The nearest supermarket (500 metres) is also easily accessible on foot. You can also go there for a hearty breakfast before heading into the mountains. In 10 minutes, you can reach the first lift of both Kaprun and Zell am See by car. Don't have your own transport at your disposal? No problem! The nearest ski bus stop is 400 m from the property.

In winter, Piesendorf is in the middle of two of Austria's most famous ski areas: Zell am See and Kaprun. The free ski bus takes you to the lifts in a few minutes. On the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, you can even ski or snowboard well into spring. Besides skiing, you can also cross-country ski, snowshoe or take a romantic sleigh ride in the area. And after an active day in the snow, it is great to come home and relax in the apartment's sauna.

In summer, Piesendorf turns into a paradise for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. Numerous hiking trails depart from the village; from relaxing mountain meadows to challenging treks to mountain peaks with breathtaking panoramas. The nearby Kitzsteinhorn glacier and the Schmittenhöhe not only offer spectacular views, but also numerous hiking and mountain bike routes.
Those who prefer to cool down can go to the crystal-clear waters of Lake Zell, just a ten-minute drive away. Here you can swim, supper, sail or just relax on the beach overlooking the mountains. The nature reserve around Kaprun and the impressive Sigmund-Thun-Klamm - a gorge with wooden footbridges and waterfalls - are also highly recommended for a day trip.
