Not a hotel, more a homestay experience.

The location is fantastic and the views from the property are beautiful, rice fields and sunset can be seen from the top pool. It’s a property with so much potential and close to everything. Staff are friendly.

The property is not a fully functioning hotel - not as advertised. There is no restaurant or room service as listed, and most of the venue seemed closed and deserted. Many rooms were empty, the pools were dirty and the grounds were overgrown and not maintained.

My Favorite Hotel in Bali!

Boho hotel has so much charm and character. The rice field view is gorgeous and very peaceful. It instantly makes you slow down and relax. It’s exactly what you want during a holiday. The location is actually great. It’s close to everything in Canggu, but far enough from the busy areas to stay quiet and calm. I really appreciated that balance. The place is clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, and the staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. What I also love is that they are going to open the spa, sauna, jacuzzi, cold plunge, and even offer some fitness classes very soon, which makes it even more appealing for a wellness stay. It’s my favorite hotel in Bali so far, and I’ll definitely come back again!!

What an amazing place

Wow, when i saw the photos i really didnt think it would be that amazing in person but it was incredible. The bed was sooo comfy, the design and concept of everything was beautiful. It felt so luxe for a fraction of the price. I would stay here again and again

Felt like I was at home

Its such so beautiful and magical hidden in the heart of Canggu. Very accessible. So many 24hrs market nearby, coffee shops and restaurants just a few min walk. I just adored this place, loved the view to rice fields and just looking at the sunrise. Very aesthetical

Amazing stay

We have stayed both BoHo in Canggu and Uluwatu. Interior and layout is absolutely lovely and something very different. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

Magnificent, a hidden paradise within close proximity to the action

Beautiful service, good location & one of the most beautiful rooms I’ve stayed in around the world. Many different pools to swim in and the water was always warm. There is a quiet garden area which is lush and green. Staff are very attentive making sure every little request was dealt with & the host even offered us free complimentary breakfast during our stay.

Lovely stay at Canggu! Such a lovely man who owns the place, the staff here are so kind! We was upgraded to a superior room free of charge which was beautiful and this was our first stay in Bali! This is a beautiful hotel that really catches the culture of Bali, it’s really beautiful! Nice location- just outside busy centre so noise wasn’t an issue. Lovely staff - very helpful. Close to cafe, mini mart and fabulous Japanese restaurant. Rooms were cute boho rustic style and well fitted out. Great views and nice lounge areas. Really peaceful actually.

Welcoming, cosy, comfortable and safe setting for female friends.

The staff were so kind and helpful. The moment we had any concerns they helped instantly and always checked in with us. They learnt our names right away and always personally greeted us. The breakfast was super delicious and fresh. I looked forward to it every day. The decoration was fresh with a boho feel. Very cool! There were cats and kittens! They were so friendly and well cared for and definitely added cuteness to breakfast. The hotel and the rooms were quiet despite being set back from a fairly busy road. The hotel is right next to a convenience store which we regularly used for cold drinks and snacks!

Location isn’t the best (although it’s not too bad!) It isn’t super close to restaurants. We hired scooters which made our experience very easy and fun. However, walking about on the main roads is a little hazardous as sometimes there isn’t any pavement. That’s not the property’s fault though! It’s very easy to call taxis too.

pleasant but free palestine 🍉

Appreciated the design of the property and the staff, a very charming hotel. The kind of hotel with a little less obvious floor plan that offers something new for its guest to discover. When I asked for a full body mirror for my room, they installed one into a panel there. Very prompt service.

The towels could use bleaching or replacing, the mini fridge and bathroom smelt sour when I arrived but I stayed so long I think I got used to the bathroom smell? I finally caved and tried to use the mini fridge one night but it didn't work anw. This one is more of a me problem but possibly useful info for future solo travelers, on three to four occasions there were frogs hanging out in my bathroom. I was scared of them jumping on me while I was unclothed or trying to potty and was too scared to try to get them out of my room on my own but the reception closes at 10pm so afterwards there's no one to help with this! Eventually I got used to this too so maybe it's a blessing? There is a beautiful rice paddy right behind the hotel, if you're planning to travel and have respiratory sensitivities it's worth inquiring if it's burning season. (This isn't a neg on the hotel just a note!) Lastly, I think what affected my comfort the most during my stay was the hotel owner. He was kind and friendly, and very present. I often felt like I was a guest in his personal home more than I was a guest at a hotel. I would have preferred more professionalism and privacy. He was very enthusiastic about chatting and divulging information about his life. As a solo femme traveler I try my best to be polite but at some point it did feel a bit patronizing when he shared his upbringing and politics with me (pro-war, doesn't believe there's a genocide happening currently in Palestine.) Had I known this prior I would not have booked this place for my accommodation despite how pretty the hotel is. If I had not prepaid for my entire stay that would have been enough reason for me to cancel and move somewhere else.

Underwhelmed but comfortable

The design of this place is really nice, it has so much potential. The room was very big and light, very clean and very comfortable beds, showers etc

The manager was away and I really struggled to check in or get any help when the safe key was missing. They kept telling me to come back in an hour and every time I did they told me to come back again so I wasted a lot of time! I think it’s really a shame they don’t offer a bar service with drinks and light snacks - it’s totally dead all day every day, I didn’t see anyone sit by the pool or enjoy the shared space. I like quiet places but this has beautiful design and surrounds and no atmosphere… There is also a lot of construction and therefore noise in the green belt with hotels going right up next door.

A wonderful peaceful stay.

This stay was incredible, I ended up extending my stay because of how much I loved it. It’s as beautiful as the photos. The staff are so friendly and can’t do more for you. It has a very beautiful setting and you can just look at the rice fields all day. It’s so calm here. I felt at peace and safe staying here as a solo person.
