Bardzo miły personel hotelu, niespodzianki dla gości hotelowych, wiele animacji dla dzieci. Wspaniałe usytuowanie hotelu, cisza, wspaniałe widoki. W okolicy jest bardzo wiele kierunków do spacerów - wspaniałe powietrze.

Śniadania super, strefa spa super, cisza i spokój. Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek i bazę wypadowa po Kotlinie Kłodzkiej.
Oświetlenie w łazience nad lustrem jest trochę słabe.

Ładne położenie Hotelu, bardzo dobre śniadania.
Jedna, mała sauna na cały hotel. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój trzyosobowy z osobnymi łóżkami, a otrzymaliśmy dwójkę z nie rozkładaną kanapą bez pościeli. Część pokoi położona w starej części hotelu (przerobionej z innego hotelu), bez windy i z gorszym standardem.
