Layout and gardens are beautiful. Definitely an experience. The rooms are well laid out. The breakfast is fantastic. Good to have the indoor pool with sauna and hot tubs.
The bathroom towels were tired, at the end of their life.
The rooms were not made up completely each day, we stayed 3 days. Water, coffee, milk not replaced in the rooms (we had two rooms).
The room notice in the bathroom indicated that towels and bathrobes should not be removed from the premises, but there weren’t any bathrobes. When we inquired the front desk said you have to put your name on the list to request a bathrobe and only if one becomes available then you will get it.
The staff were not friendly overall, curt and quite disinterested. I am not sure if it was because we were english-speaking, but definitely an area if improvement needed overall. Even just a smile back when you greet them would make a huge difference.

Lovely hotel complex, enjoyed the spa, staff prepared breakfast for us to take for the journey. Overall would recommend.

It was a very nice stay. Especially recommended if you are traveling with a little kid. Very good breakfast and the restaurant!
During peak check in time only one person was available at the reception which created a wait time of 20min. Since we were with a small baby it was a bit stressful for us.

Comfortable , staffs were helpful, friendly and courteous.
Spa area was small but well maintained.
Little bit overpriced, Breakfast was good but lacked options.
