There was only one coffee machine at breakfast time- not enough for the amount of people

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. I really appreciated their helpful attitude and their readiness to assist with any questions. I also liked the breakfast; it offered a nice variety of items, and everything I tried was pretty good and freshly prepared.

The place itself left much to be desired. My first room had a very strong odor, and there was no soap in the bathroom; the dispenser was completely empty. I asked the staff to fix this; they couldn’t, so they gave me a new room. The second room also had almost no soap, though there was just enough for a quick shower, and it too had a strange smell. The WiFi was also unusable for remote meetings. I had better luck using my own phone as a hotspot. Overall, I don’t really recommend this hotel, especially considering that the hotel next door, which is part of the same chain, is similarly priced but of a noticeably better standard.
