Bardzo dobre i rozmaite śniadanie. Personel bardzo miły, uśmiechniętych i pomocny. Bardzo dużym plusem jest możliwość korzystania z sali śniadań do godz 22 i dostęp do kawy i herbaty. Lokalizacja idealna

Hotel położony w świetnym miejscu. Śniadanie pięknie podane, duży wybór, świeże pieczywo, pyszna kawa. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Mojemu mężowi bardzo smakowały śledziki a mi twarożek. Pozlecam! Pokój na dwie osoby wystarczający. Korzystaliśmy z sauny i jacuzzi co było znakomite po całym dniu wędrowania. Bardzo pomocny personel, miła obsługa. Można przyjechać z psem.

Okno mojego pokoju wychodziło na parking - trochę mało intymnie. Byliśmy z pieskiem więc szczekał na każdą przechodzącą pod oknem osobę.

Breakfast and dinner included in the stay that was a nice surprise. The hotel offers half board which is great and convenient. The staff let my mum into the room and helped her. Great clean rooms. Kettle in the room with teas although better selection of teas and complimentary water would have been appreciated.

Upon arrival the road leading to the hotel wasn’t deiced so without the chains we couldn’t park up on the hill and use the hotels free parking. The staff was friendly and let my mum into the room early which was appreciated and helpful. The lights in the bedrooms are extremely bright so would have appreciated dim evening bed side lamps beside the beds to ease into the evening after the day on the slopes. The sauna and jacuzzi were added separately as free standing units in the room (token to say that the hotel has a spa) not really a spa room with integrated facilities so not really a spa experience. Otherwise relatively friendly staff, excellent location for skiing.
