I liked that the hotel was walking distance from the mall and close enough to take a Lyft to South Beach and Downtown Miami
The cleaning service happened very late in the day. We would leave to go tour Miami and come back around 2pm-4pm and our room wasn't cleaned/serviced.

Service was great, food was ok. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The glass of wine daily was great. Bartenders were very nice.
The bathrooms in the double rooms were very small, no celling fan which made bathrooms extra steamy. There's only one shower at the pool. The restaurant was not open after lunch. It was not a full service bar for the pool. A lot at the hotel was wear and tear. the pictures looked better than the hotel in person.
