This was beautiful property with charm, style, and comfort. It was situated in an ideal location that was seemingly 'just a few blocks' from every place you might want to visit. Our host provided outstanding communication and prompt attention to our questions. Highly recommend!

This is a located in a unique and interesting old building in downtown Fort Collins. I was initially drawn to the photos that depict old charm, along with the high ratings, but this place needs some updating and cleaning. Not true to the photos in my opinion. It is old and contains a very strong odor which permeates when you enter. Kind of creepy….There is also an unusual and mysterious set of stairs down to an underground basement which is roped off with a sign stating “ No entry beyond this point”. There is a banister near the staircase but seems unusual.Not sure I would stay here again. The windows do not open, but there are a few fans that you can use to help with the foul odor. There is a pull out couch, plus an additional bedroom with glass doors though the curtains are very sheer and see through, so not at all private if in a group. The one great feature of this place is the location in downtown old Fort Collins which is so close to everything, and within walking distance to many of the cool and interesting places downtown. Overall for the cost I would not stay here again.
