Welcome to the Sage Suite—a relaxed Old Town condo styled with earthy hues and nature-inspired artwork. This serene space offers blackout shades, cozy queen beds, and thoughtful touches that bring the outdoors in, creating a calming retreat just steps from the heart of Fort Collins.
Spend the morning savoring pastries from Bread Fellow and browsing local boutiques. In the evening, indulge in flavorful bites and margaritas at The Rio, then catch live music at Magic Rat. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, a CSU visit, or simply to unwind, this location puts you right in the center of it all.
This home features: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Plus Queen Sleeper Sofa | Sleeps 6 | Ground Level
OUTDOOR LIVING: Small terrace, directly across from Library Park
INDOOR LIVING: 50” flat-screen TV with free Netflix, bar top seating for 4, board games, ceiling fans
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with retro GE cabinets, microwave, dishware, cookware, spices, and complimentary coffee, tea, and sweetener
BATHROOM: 3/4 bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.
GENERAL: Free WiFi, shared laundry on-site, keyless entry, blackout shades, window A/C unit, baseboard heating, cleaning essentials
PARKING: Parking lot behind the building with one dedicated spot for your stay. There is also free street parking out front.

Great location to downtown area. Easy to walk to great restaurants and shops. Bed was comfortable and not a gel mattress which I appreciate. Had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and also offered off street parking. Water temp in the shower was not as warm as I prefer but manageable.

Wow! Our stay at the Sage Suite could not have been more perfect! The apartment was well furnished with comfy beds and cozy linens. We barely used the kitchen bc there were so many options within walking distance but the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils and kitchen staples like oils, spices and sweeteners. Such a cute location right across from an amazing library. Tons of coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques within walking distance. There are tons of beautiful things to see in the area and it’s only about an hour from Rocky Mountain National Park.I highly recommend the Sage Suite for your trip to Fort Collins!
