This refreshed space features cozy queen beds, blackout shades, and thoughtful touches that make it an easy place to relax between adventures in Fort Collins.
Start your day with pastries from Bread Fellow and a walk through Old Town’s charming boutiques. In the evening, enjoy dinner at The Regional, sip margaritas on The Rio’s patio, or catch live music at Magic Rat.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Small terrace, directly across from Library Park
INDOOR LIVING: 50” flat-screen TV with free Netflix, bar top seating for 4, board games, ceiling fans
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with retro GE cabinets, microwave, dishware, cookware, spices, and complimentary coffee, tea, and sweetener
BATHROOM: 3/4 bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.
GENERAL: Free WiFi, shared laundry on-site, keyless entry, blackout shades, window A/C unit, baseboard heating, cleaning essentials
PARKING: Parking lot behind the building with one dedicated spot for your stay. There is also free street parking out front.

Well maintained older property, good location close to downtown. Host answered our questions promptly and was great with facilitating a schedule change. Listing was accurate and represented the property well.

Location was great! The apartment itself was small and needs some upgrades. The living room had an air conditioner, but the bedrooms did not. They also don’t have a recycling option and only a trash dumpster, which I found odd. (But the neighbors had recycling bins, so it is an option).
