Overlooking the Old Town Library and just steps from downtown, this refreshed space offers comfy queen beds, blackout shades, and a relaxed vibe that’s great for couples, friends, or families alike.
Start your morning with coffee from Lima, enjoy a visit to the library or nearby park, and spend your evening dining downtown or catching a show at The Comedy Fort. With CSU and local favorites close by, everything you need is within easy reach.

INDOOR LIVING: 50” flat-screen TV with free Netflix, bar top seating for 4, board games, ceiling fans
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with retro GE cabinets, microwave, dishware, cookware, spices, and complimentary coffee, tea, and sweetener
BATHROOM: 3/4 bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

While the apartment was clean and the bed comfortable, it was not our most favorite place and most likely wouldn't stay again.
The biggest issue was the air conditioning. There was only one window unit to cool the entire apartment. The unit couldn't even keep the living room cool. My wife sent a text and email to have it looked at and they did not
respond to her. When I sent a text they finally got back to me and said they would send a technician tomorrow. Even after the tech was there, it made no difference in the units cooling ability and the apartment was very hot during the day.
For me the description of the unit was not completely accurate. There were no blackout shades, no local soaps etc, air conditioner that did not work, and the outdoor balcony did not have a place to sit. The bathroom is very old and has not been updated.
The one positive is the location is definitely ideal.
