Wonderful views from a beautiful lakefront villa

The views were incredible. We loved the large windows, and that we could see the aurora and beautiful sunrises from the bed. The sauna was perfect. The decor in the living room was very nice.

an anniversary trip gone bad

view

it was not clean when we arrived and waited for the owner to quickly clean it. not the level of cleanliness we expected. everything was still dirty and I had to wash all the dishes and pans before we used them. the bed was so small that my 6 foot 5 inch husband's feet hung way off so he had to sleep on the couch, not very comfortable but at least it was long enough. nothing in the villa validated the fact that we paid over $700 a night. the bedding was old and tattered and torn, and only had 2 tiny square pillows. the towels were small and only had 2. the "tv" was old and the picture was fuzzy. again, for the price nothing made it worth the price. we would never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone, not matter the nightly rate.

Amazing!

Easy check in, location very secluded and opposite a lake, owner has prepared tons of facilities that are ready available to use including camp fires and snow sledding if one is interested. Sauna was amazing. Would visit again if travelling to Inari.

Nice view on lake

The location of the cabin is very nice. Directly on the lake with a great view. In the morning you see reindeers crossing the lake. The Cabin is good heated and there is a big Sauna (it takes some time to warm up). Nice to watch a movie. To see(if you are lucky) the aurora you have to go outside. That was not a problem for us.

There was still food (vegatables, open milk, etc.) in the fridge. There were no bed sheets for the sofa bed, there were no firelighters for the campfire. There are two pair of snowshoes available although the house is for 4persons.

This place will always hold special memories for my wife and I. It really made us fall even more in love with Finland than we could have imagined. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about it. Fantastic views of the lake, some of the most incredible night skies that we've ever seen. The starry skies here are like no other that I can recall. Luckily we also saw the northern lights during our stay, just an amazing experience and made our honeymoon truly memorable. Great accommodations at the cabin, loved everything about it from the sauna to the fire pit by the lake roasting marshmallows and drinking hot cocoa with Mintuu. Can't say enough good things about our visit, and we would definitely love to visit again in the future.

El millor lloc per veure aurores del mon. Es precios, fantastic, increible. Situacio al costat del llac, unica. I les aurores…si tens la sort de veure-les…un 10. L’apartament es fantastic. La sauna genial. Calefaccio tambe super. I la cuina ben equipada.

No funcionava be el projector…pero no passa res.

Luogo idilliaco!

I punti forti sono la posizione splendida e il silenzio delizioso. La casa è accogliente e ben arredata, ci sono piaciute tanto le luminosissime vetrate, la sauna stupenda e molto ampia. Cucina ben fornita e terrazza molto bella. Nel bosco attorno alla casa pascolavano le renne 😍

Sicuramente i letti, il matrimoniale piccolissimo e scomodo, il divano che si trasforma in letti poco funzionale... Il proiettore con schermo che sostituiscono la TV, non li abbiamo potuti utilizzare perché non era stato specificato che non funzionavano con uno smartphone, ma avremmo dovuto usare un tablet (ma anche in questo caso, non era assicurato il funzionamento).

De 4 sterren beoordeling is niet terecht, het appartement en faciliteiten zijn matig.

De locatie met een prachtig uitzicht op het meer. De sauna was ook heerlijk.

Na aankomst wilden wij douchen en wat bleek, er was geen waterdruk en het water was bruin. Ook na tussenkomst van de gastheer werd het waterprobleem slechts ten dele opgelost. De waterdruk was wel verbeterd maar helaas bleef het water gedurende ons verblijf van 3 dagen nog steeds bruin waardoor wij niet optimaal hiervan gebruik konden maken. Het meubilair was matig, zowel binnen als buiten. Het beddengoed bestond uit kinderachtige slaapzakken die op de uiteinden stuk bleken te zijn. Er waren nauwelijks handdoeken aanwezig. De keukenfaciliteiten waren er wel maar niet schoon.
