Amazing place and our family enjoyed it immensely!

Absolutely stunning apartment, very luxurious. I don’t understand why people complain about location- it’s not central but even if you live centrally- you most likely are going to drive to the beach. We especially enjoyed the pool and surrounding area. Especially at night it looks so cozy and relaxing. The area is very calm and there was no noise from surroundings at all.

We like everything but just couple of points- wifi can be a little weak. We would also have like a brush and a dustpan to clean the room ourselves as there is no daily housekeeping- you can ask and they will do it- but we simply didn’t as we stayed with small kids.

- nice apartments with enough sleeping places - swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas - it was convenient to order food from the restaurant to the apartment I wish prosperity, success and improvement of the hotel's quality

- there are no grocery stores within walking distance - a lot of wires that were not removed, some parts were unfinished/unfinished - there was construction waste right next to the playground - - the children's house itself is in a poor condition - it really needs repair - a strange set of dishes: a huge saucepan, but an insanely small frying pan - the room itself lacked a mop/dustpan/rag to clean the room

Stunning apartments

Beautifully designed property on the edge of town, nice and quiet. Pool was wonderful, the kids loved it! They gave us brilliant recommendations for beach trips and great places to eat, follow their advice and you won’t go wrong! So many hidden gems to explore 😊

Only tiny thing, but a drying up towel for the kitchenette would be helpful!

The place is beautiful, the hosts friendly and supportive. We stayed with our 5year old daughter and it was very quiet, clean, pleasant and beautiful. Very kids friendly with the playground and smaller pool. The host also suggested places to visit, and there was a food delivery option- very tasty and affordable.

The internet connection could be better. But we wanted to disconnect from everything so this actually wasn’t bad for us personally.

Great place for longer stays

The property looked like in the pictures, it was cozy, well equipped with kitchen utensils, plenty of sockets to charge your phone, power bank and smartwatches. We were staying for 1 night so didn’t make use of all amenities but it was great! This place looks nice and good for comfortable longer duration stays. The hosts were really friendly and made sure we are welcome!

Beautiful and modern apartments, a lot of attention to detail, lights are pretty too. The olive garden with the pool is heavenly, both during the day and the night. Private parking is a huge bonus.

Little ants are everywhere, couldn’t leave any food in the open.

Truly one of the best place to stay in entire Ulcinj!

This is probably one of the best properties you can find in Ulcinj. Brand new property with awesome swimming pool in the middle surrounded by the olive trees radiates relaxation and tranquility and true enjoyment. Pool is mildly saline with 1/10 salinity of the ocean water, reducing chlorine and other pool chemicals. Water is silky smooth and quite enjoyable. Owners were very nice and friendly, accommodating for our every need. As we were family they even offered us bigger apartment that would be more spacious for us. Apartments are beautifully designed with great taste and attention to details. There is a private parking in front, wifi, full kitchen, Netflix subscription, comfortable beds and sofas, AC units, etc. Literally everything you might need. I can highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Ulcinj.

It was a great room, very high spec. Armend was an amazing host, always attentive to anything we needed and full of local knowledge. There was some renovation going on but he kept us informed at all times. It will be stunning when it's complete!

Location was ok, we had a car so it was easy to get about, but it would have been a bit far to walk to places otherwise
