Good location for both walking to some decent restaurants and for tour pick ups. Very clean room with both comfortable beds and pillows and very quiet. Aircon worked well and perfectly adequate breakfast. Only Spanish is spoken, but with google translate guests can manage. They were so pleasant, felt it was a shame we couldn’t discuss with the owners what we had been doing with our time in Santiago!
Only one fault was the bathroom needed a new toilet seat. Everything else was great in the bathroom and bedroom.

Location is great! Staff friendly! Very comfortable for resting after long day walking in Santiago. Breakfast is also a good one! And they let me leave my bags during the afternoon!

Everything! Super comfortable rooms, great location, amazing staff, and delicious breakfast. It was the perfect place to stay while we explored Santiago. I hope to stay here again soon! Thank you!
