Located in a safe and quiet residential area, 10 min walking to Costanera Tower. Uber to the old city centre is around 8€. Good breakfast, rooftop swimming pool with nice views of Costanera

We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived very late at night and check in was quick and easy. After weeks for cheap hotels and Airbnb the blackout curtains were very welcome. Breakfast also ends later than most hotels so we could enjoy a sleep in and still get some brekky. The area is very safe and quiet, we felt comfortable walking around.

The hotel was located in a safe area, however the area lacked any sort of shops or amenities. They served bottled tap water on arrival and any top ups would have been charged. The hotel didn't have water to sell and nowhere near it to buy. I booked a room that could have either a double bed or twin beds, I had requested double bed and still had twin beds, which was joined up only the following day. The hotel wasn't upfront regarding the expensive cost (40 USD for the couple) of using the spa facilities (sauna and jacuzzi) which was the reason we booked it in the first place. Staff wasn't the friendliest and breakfast was okay but not as good as another cheaper hotel we stayed at in Santiago.
