Stayed here twice during my time in Chile and can’t speak highly enough of the staff who were so friendly and welcoming. Remembered my name when I returned for the second time at the end of my trip! Special mention to Alvaro on reception who, when I was stressing about the airport transfer I’d booked not arriving, not only tracked it on his computer but also waited outside with me and my luggage when it was close.
Location is good, short walk to Cerro San Cristobel cable car and is also just across the road from the Sky Costanero. Hotel is still very quiet though so I slept well. Delicious buffet breakfast with a good selection too.
Would recommend to other solo travellers and will return!

Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was fresh and parking convenient. Location was excellent, close to malls and highways.

A great experience. Hotel is located in a quiet street and within walking distance of a large shopping mall. Staff helpful and great breakfast. Room amenities were also very good. Only one thing to be aware: the absence of elevator/escalator may make things more difficult if one's room is located on the upper floor, as was my case. Other than that, staty was just perfect.
