About this chalet rental
Villa with two floors and a large outdoor area with private pool and a magnificent view of the dunes of Maspalomas. The villa is located 300 meters above sea level on the golf course Salobre Golf overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.
The house
The villa is bright, modern and decorated with beautiful color details. Upstairs is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, access to the terrace and 1 bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom, en-suite shower room and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen. In the basement there is 1 laundry room.
The house is well equipped with coffee machine Dolce Gusto, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, cot, high chair, air conditioning, heating, unlimited internet access (WiFi), satellite TV, DVD player, music system and connection for iPod.
The outdoor area
The beautiful corner plot offers a beautiful view of the golf course, as well as the sea and the dunes of Maspalomas in the distance. Outside there is a terrace, covered terrace, dining area, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue, garden, parking and private pool (5.5 mx 2.5 m / 1.4 m) with electric pool heating (extra cost).
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The construction of a new set of villas behind the Golfers complex has started a few months ago. The construction works with heavy machinery should be finished in December 2022, although there may be temporary obstacles that may cause a delay. DISCOUNT: For this reason a discount is applied on working days.

Non-golfers will also love the beautiful green grounds, the jogging track around the golf course and the tranquil atmosphere just a few minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The resort also has a Sheraton hotel, restaurants and a supermarket.
