Salobre Villa 2 is a magnificent villa with private pool for up to 6 people located in the exclusive Salobre Golf Resort complex in Maspalomas. It has three double bedrooms, garden, BBQ and everything you need to enjoy an unbeatable holiday experience.
This holiday accommodation has an area of 200 m2 built on two floors and on a 750 m2 plot. From this villa you will be able to enjoy fantastic views of the mountains and the golf course.
Salobre Villa 2 in Salobre Resort stands out because of its complete equipment and its spaciousness. It also has a large private heated swimming pool ( heating service not included in the price) and a wonderful outdoor terrace with two different environments and privileged views.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with single beds and each with its own bathroom with shower. On the ground floor you will find the master bedroom with two single beds and a complete integrated bathroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and heating.
Also, this private villa has a large living-dining room of 90m2 from which you can enjoy the views of the golf course and the mountains.
In Salobre Villa 2 you will have a guest toilet, living room and a large modern independent kitchen with an outside laundry room.

Welcome and personal key handover until 18.00.
Late check in available and on request.
Welcome package with basic products for the first day in the villa.
Daily fresh bread service (delivered every morning).
A full weekly cleaning (for bookings of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
** This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.
** A deposit of 800 euros is required to cover any possible damage. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and is subject to a damage inspection.
** A dog is allowed with a surcharge for the total duration of the stay.
