100 Punkte für Andrea. Check in sehr gut vorbereitet. Pünktlich zur Stelle. Wohnung im 5 Stock mit Aufzug. Gute und große Betten. Zwei große Badezimmer mit großer Dusche. Aussicht vom Balkon. Supermärkte in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Strand auch 10 Minuten. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Das warme Wasser reicht bei grosser Vorsicht für zwei Personen zum Duschen. Dann gibt es Wartezeiten. Die Pfannen müssen dringend erneuert werden. Vor und hinter dem Haus viele Parkplätze. Die große Tiefgarage ist aber zur Hälfte nur mit Autos der Fiat 500 Klasse zu befahren. Ich habe in vielen hundert Häusern noch nie eine solche Konstruktion gesehen. In der Hochsaison wird es mit dem Parkplatz dann bestimmt nicht einfach. Die Wohnung liegt an einer vierspurigen Straße. Sie wurde bis spät in die Nacht als Rennstrecke für extreme laute Motorräder genutzt. Das direkte Wohnzimmer ist sehr klein. Ein TV Abend mit mehr als drei Personen wird nicht einfach. Ohne Sonnenschutz dürfte die Terrasse im Hochsommer kein Spaß sein.

The location of the apartment was perfect for us ! Just 5 minutes from the beach and in close proximity to several restaurants. We were in Portimao for the moto gp races at the Motodromo. It was only about 8 minutes by car to the parking lot from where the shuttle buses to the racetrack left. The view from the apartment is awesome. Being on the 5th floor it provides ocean view - great sunsets, as well as a view towards the mountains in the north. Another great plus of the place is that there are a number of supermerkets just a few minutes east of the apartment.

The apartment complex was very well kept - very good facilities on site if needed... Indoor pool, spa, breakfast, lunch and evening meal optiions all available. The outdoor pool and space around was very comfortable - bar available as needed and plenty of shade if required. Our apartment was perfect for our use - three adults, plenty of space and all the facilities we needed. The balcony was accesible from each of the bedrooms and wrapped around the whole apartment with two access points from the living / kitchen area - huge balcony and a welcome space from the pool at busier times. A number of restaurants fairly close and plenty more with shops on the main strip alongside the beach. The beaches were extremely safe - life guards on duty in many of the coves - sea great for swimming in.

Nothing really, we knew we had a good stroll into the main areas of Praira de Roche or de Vau, perhaps anything from 10-15 mins, depending on your pace.
