**For night services between 00:00 and 7:59 am, a service charge of 2€ is added to the amount.
All optional extras and mandatory extras must be paid at check-in.
Delivery of extra kit with new sheets and towels for bookings over 10 days.
Amenities such as toilet paper are provided as a courtesy only for the day of arrival.
At check-in, the Municipal Tourist Tax will be charged, under the terms of the Portimão Tourist Tax Regulation, at the following rates:
- €1/person between 01/11 and 31/03;
- €2/person between 01/04 and 31/10;
Charged up to a maximum of 7 nights per person.
Children under 13 years old are exempt.

Great for a family. Although it doesn't seem so, the apartment is spacious and comfortable. Bed and bath linens are available. Nice pool. I recommend using the balcony in the late afternoon.

Internet was nice and fast and the TV large. Good facilities, nice and quiet when dogs were not barking. Parking underground is tight small cars only really. But I would recommend this property for upto 2-4 people.
