The amenities in the apartment far exceeded our expectations. They even had umbrellas and a floatie ! Check in was easy and pleasant. Location was exceptional. The apartment was perfect.

Modern and very clean. Nice furniture and a good balcony.
It has a view of a parking lot but we knew this before booking and didn’t find this to be a problem.

The location was amazing - so close to everything. There were six of us and we found the apartment spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hosts were ok, a little confusing as to who did what - but everything worked out in the end. The Elite Residence 3B provided us with a comfortable and safe landing place and we will definitely rent again if we're ever back in Portimao!
The beds were a little bit hard, but my only real suggestion would be to clarify the check-in process for out-of-country guests. I did not realize we should communicate via WhatsApp, as it was not an option when booking through the Bookings.com website. Also, the check-in instructions are sent when you book the facility. I booked four months ago and missed a few things. Providing a reminder on check-in processes would be helpful closer to the time of arrival.
