The previous reviews just did not do the property justice. The property offers a true home from home experience with all the facilities that you require. There are three bedrooms of which one is a twin room with ensuite shower room including WC and basin. The main bathroom consists of a nice bath which is actually a jacuzzi bath as well as basin and WC. The kitchen is fully functional with all the crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and electrical items that you could require including a microwave dishwasher washing machine full size oven, hob as well as a full size fridge freezer. There is also a coffee machine which takes the Nespresso type pods which are freely available from the nearby spar shop. There is a wrap around balcony which consists of table chairs and loungers which gives views to the north mountains to the west to Lagos and to the South prayer da rocha beach. The front room included a corner sofa as well as table and chairs to sit and eat the TV was a smart TV which included Apple AirPlay as well as satellite channels and there's free Wi-Fi throughout the building. Just a short walk up the hill you will find all the restaurants bars and shops as well as access to the local buses that will take you into the main town Portimao. Rubbish is easy to dispose of at the front of the building where they have multiple bins for various items like plastic, glass and general waste. The property was very clean on arrival and beds made up, the cleaning staff were very friendly and very efficient. Air conditioning throughout. As frequent travellers we can highly recommend this property to anybody looking to stay in the Praia da rocha area.

Bath could do with grab rails as a bit steep. Welcome pack would be useful.

Wonderful location, very spacious apartment, quiet and secure. Good kitchen facilities. Didn't know there was a washing machine and a dishwasher! (Would be good to have this added to description of property, so that powder and dishwasher tablets can be brought from home)

Quantity and quality of towels is very poor. As there is a washing machine, which we were not aware of! Provide some powder so they can at least be washed. Same towel for an 8 day stay is not pleasant. Also, apartment for 6 people and 3 toilet rolls provided? Adding some of these things to a welcome email would at least enable people to prepare better for their stay.

Très bel appartement spacieux pour des vacances en famille

Il manquait des choses qui était sur la liste comme une table d extérieur un grille pain… les poêles étaient vraiment dans un sale état même dangereux pour la santé on a du acheter une poêle et on l a laissé en partant Il y avait une très belle terrasse qu’on a pas pu utiliser beaucoup car mauvaise exposition et énormément de vent donc pas agréable du tout L appartement était sale quand on est rentré on a du tout nettoyer et acheter des produits ménagers car aucun dans l appartement ni même une éponge ni aucun sac poubelle je n ai jamais vu ça Les portes des chambres ne fermaient pas les serrures ne sont pas bien fixé comme une tringle à rideau décroché du mur
