La ubicación es excelente. Las vistas desde el piso es muy buena. El apartamento es cómodo. La comunicación con la agencia es buena.
No tiene aire acondicionado, solo un par de ventiladores y en verano hace calor. Si bien el piso tiene buena ventilación, en la noche hay demasiado ruido, imposible dormir de ventana abierta. El WC del baño principal deben arreglarlo porque está todo flojo y es incómodo. El otro problema es que nos entregaron el piso 2 horas depués, sobre las 18hs la señora de la limpieza terminó.

无敌海景房，公寓所有房间都是面朝大海，房间设备设施齐全，很舒适。免费停车位一个，公寓坐落在海滩景观区域，汽车进入该区域有门禁，按照房东的指示很方便。（汽车一定要开到门禁前让门禁感应到车，再输入密码才有效）
