ELITE RESIDENCE 4B

The property was clean, modern and great proximity to Praia da Rocha. We also enjoyed the pool and owners were relatively pleasant.

I was disappointed that it did not come with some bare essentials, especially given the price. There was no hand soap for the bathrooms and when I told the owner he just said I had to get it myself. We were a group of 4 and the toilet paper provided was finished by the second day and the owners refused to provide enough for our stay, even though any holiday rental typically would. There was also a toilet brush holder, but no brush, making it difficult to clean. We each were provided only one towel, which again is not enough when we were there for a week. The WiFi was extremely spotty and almost did not work at all. When I texted one of the owners if they could help with this, I was ignored - as were several other messages I sent when asking questions. The noise levels were also bad, we were woken up early in the morning by kids running up and down the hallway on the floor above us. Outside noise was also an issue.

Excelente localização, apartamento moderno. Limpo e muito bem decorado e confortável. Totalmente equipado (deixo a sugestão de incluir um secador de cabelo).

A localização perto da praia, e sendo um 4° andar, faz com que de noite esteja exposta a alguns barulhos da rua. O modo como a piscina está construída não é muito confortável, fica muito exposta e não é ideal para quem tem crianças. Não obstante, o proprietário ofereceu uma excelente solução alternativa.

It was so beautiful and clean. it had a smart Tv, washing machine, Wi-Fi, microwave and an oven basically everything you need. just perfect
