Luxury apartment Orlando near the beach, free WI- FI

Great location everything went smooth no problems

Bed was comfortable with plenty of hangers and cupboard space. Kitchen was amply provided with all necessary equipment. We stayed 5 weeks so used the kitchen a lot. Air conditioning was important for us and worked very well. The apartment is situated within a 7/8 minute walk to the beach, literally down the road you have a mini supermarket that stays open till late and round the corner you have so many restaurants and cafes. Great location. The terrace was brilliant with enough room for 4 people to eat plus a lounger and a clothes horse. We had a lovely time.

The property is high end luxury shabbie chic. The welcome biscuits, wine and bottle of water was most welcome. The bed large comfy and pillows were perfect. Plenty of space for all our clothes and storage for our luggage. Settee was large and comfy. Balcony had settee and table and chairs. The apartment had everything we need even beach towels. The apartment was a short walk to beach , bars and restaurants, supermarkets. Swimming Pool and bar were out side the front door. Prices reasonable at the bar food and drinks. The parking is a problem for everyone. Be prepared to hunt for a space! Thank you Lada , Nicu and Tanya for making our stay relaxing.

The most significant issue( major I feel), was that the property we stayed in was not the one shown in the booking photographs. I cannot deny the facilities were similar but the apartment was nothing like as bright and attractive as the one we booked. That said, the apartment was in a good position with regard to accessing everything in Adeje(and also in a good position overlooking the pool). The facilities within the property were good. The lady who welcomed us and dealt with our departure was friendly and helpful, allowing us to deposit our luggage earlier than the check in time and leave it there after the check out time which was extremely helpful. However , we felt let down that the property was not the one we booked , also the laundry from the previous 'tenants' had been left to dry on the balcony when we arrived . We had to deal with this the next morning after it eventually dried .......and because the washing machine was in the enclosed bathroom , this heavy washing load of bed linen (sheet, pillow cases, duvet cover and numerous beach towels, bath towels and tea towels left a damp smell in the apartment for at least two days. I feel that the laundry should be taken away and dealt with professionally and the washing machine in the apartment just used for light holiday washes.If you are on holiday you should not have to deal with the washing from the previous tenant. All in all, the apartment was adequate and we had an enjoyable stay but the disappointment of being allocated an apartment which was not the one we booked stayed with us all week. I am not the first person to have said this, I see that a previous reviewer stated exactly the same thing. I must emphasise however that the apartment we were given was suitable for purpose and adequate for our needs. Despite my comments we enjoyed our stay.
