Apartment in Costa Adeje - 350 M from the Sandy Torviscas Beach and 500 M from Grand Sur commercial center with Mercadona.

The apartment is fully furnished and newly equipped with all appliances. It has one bedroom, an american style kitchen, a big comfortable living-lounge area, 1 good sized bathroom. Free WiFi.In the balcony you can sit here at a table sipping sangria

The apartment is situated at the down part of the complex .
The complex has 3 swimming pools: large main pool, kiddie’s pool and one medium sized pool. Spacious sun balcony and a pool area have sun loungers and parasols. There is also a pool side snack bar.
There are many bars and restaurants close by . A wide range of water sports are offered from the Torviscas Beach and numerous boat trips and sea-life safaris depart from the marina at Puerto Colon.
Nearby there is a bus stop,from where you can go to any part of the island.There is a free of charge bus with which you can go to the biggest water park in Europe, SIAM PARK(about 5min jurney in the bus).
The apartment is cleaned by your arrival.
If you need one additional cleaning during your staying, it will be for extra fees 30 EUR for 2 people and 35-45 EUR for 3-4 people including the changing of bed linen & towels.

Clean,well equipped but lacking enough linen in towels and bed sheets for length of stay without charge.but was able to wash, dry and reuse.

My Fiancé and I stayed for one week, apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed, modern and property manager allowed us a late check out, apartment in great location

Super value apartment, fully modernised on a quiet complex with 3 pools, non of which were too busy. Lovely balcony to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun and within a couple of mins walk of some nice bars and restaurants. Highly recommended, my main reservation when booking was wondering what the catch must be, as it seems so cheap! No catches I couldn't fault anything, the only thing I could think that might be making it cheaper than other apartments might be lack of aircon. We didn't find this to be a problem, despite the weather being very hot, a fan in the bedroom kept it just nice. Host was very quick to respond, when contacted.

Check in was confusing as the property owners Mum unfortunately doesn't speak any Spanish or English which made communication difficult!
Location is up a hill so if limited walking abilities it's not a good location. Lots of stairs and steep hills so not easy to walk every time you go out and return. Especially in heat.
Check in is 4pm and there is no negotiation in this so check your flights before you travel. Check out time is incorrect on Vrbo it is 11AM not 12PM. Pools are nice on site but the one nearer the bar offers better sun loungers then the smaller pool area.
There is a water refill station on site which makes refilling water easy then carrying 5 litres up a hill in the heat.
Note there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. Only 1 small fan that you move from room to room. We visited in April and this was only just about comfortable to sleep. So I would imagine it's even worse in the summer periods.
Bed was very uncomfortable unfortunately.
Bonus was having a washing machine as we only take cabin size suitcases.
