Fantastic experience here in last 2 weeks of August. Everything was so well arranged and organised: important and useful information, checking in and out, additional bag holding and late departure services. Thanks to the guys who manage this ! Our 6th floor air conditioned room was well appointed with a useful kitchen having a full set of equipment required for self catering, a large fridge freezer , a sofa bed, dining table and large smart TV to which you can connect your own subscription if required . Really nice roomy bathroom with large shower .. WiFi was free and fast. The pools were excellent: well designed , clean, large and small (and a separate one for toddlers). Parking was plentiful and always available in the evening but less so during the day as you would expect. Location wise: easy access to local supermarkets and shops , bars, restaurants etc. The beaches are minutes away. All in all an excellent place I would be happy to return to.

Great location with convenient access to local amenities and attractions. Plenty of sunbeds available, so there was no need to compete for a spot. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere during the afternoons. Fast and reliable internet connection. The washing machine was a useful and convenient addition. Ants were present on the chest of drawers. The mattress was uncomfortable. The pillows were also uncomfortable. We were unable to use the oven as there were no symbols or instructions on the controls. There was drilling noise every morning from Monday to Friday. The furniture was worn and showed signs of age. The accommodation felt a little small for two adults and a toddler. The nearby road outside and a loose drain cover created noticeable noise whenever vehicles passed over it. The plates and cutlery were not clean on arrival and had to be washed before use. The outside light by the front door was not working, making it difficult to see when returning at night.
