About this apartment rental

Sugar Beach 308 is a two-story condo with master bedroom and master bath upstairs. The living area, one bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen plus a washer and dryer is all located on main level. The condo has a view of the tennis court. Located in the center of the building on the east side of the 3rd floor of Sugar Beach Condominiums with approximately 616 sq ft. It's a perfect little getaway. The entire condo has been remodeled with wood-look flooring throughout, the kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances set in granite counter-tops. Both bathroom have all tiled showers and new granite vanities. The living room and the master have flat screen TVs with a queen size bed in master and a sofa sleeper in living room.

Sugar Beach Condominiums is located approximately 3.6 miles east of Highway 59. The property has 3 outdoor pools, tennis court, children's pool, BBQ area and snack bar. | Limit 1 cars

Water and beach was great the whole week we were there. The condo building is older and had drainage issues when it rained. One of the two elevators went out a couple of days before we left so it made for a difficult checkout for sure. Maintenance needs to step it up on this building but the location was a delight.

Photos represent the property well. Space was adequate for the two of us. The bed was uncomfortable and the kitchen could be better stocked with utensils & dishes. Having laundry in the space was quite helpful.

Great Location

Location was ideal for relaxing on the beach with the kids. Very close to everything that Gulf Shores has to offer as well as orange beach. We were able to cross the street and ride bikes on the beautiful Gulf Shores State Park trails. Pool was clean and heated. Condo was small for 2 adults and 2 kids. Lacked storage space downstairs for kids clothing. Semi-private master loft bedroom had a double bed and private bathroom which was ideal. Downstairs furniture is outdated and unattractive but does the job. Porch door was difficult to open and close. Laminate floor not glued down and slides in places. We loved having a small kitchen and washer/dryer so close to the beach. Easy location to find and parking was always available.

Such a cute updated condo! It was pretty clean and smelled clean when walking in. The location was great. It was the perfect size for a family of 4 having a long weekend at the beach. The only dislikes was not having any storage downstairs for clothes, the curtains weren’t hung upstairs, and 2 of the 3 stools were broken and couldn’t be used. We would definitely stay again!

This condo is updated and is so cute! Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness was its downfall. There was also a shortage of blankets/pillows, drinking glasses, coffee cups, cooking utensils, pots and pans. The few pots and pans that we did have were awful! Food stuck to the bottom even if we used Pam or butter. We did call the management office and and they quickly delivered linens and dishware. The curtains going onto the balcony had a large stain smeared across them which could have been chocolate or blood. These same stains were also on the couch. Our bed sheets were covered with sand BEFORE we even went to the beach. There was stuff smeared on the walls in the living area and bathrooms. The baseboards were filthy as well. We did notify the management company of these cleanliness concerns. We've been staying at Sugar Beach for almost 20 years and this was by far our most disgusting experience. The condo is precious, but needs an intense deep cleaning.

Smelled of cleaner when I walked in. Sheets crisp and fresh. Well appointed. Had everything we needed. Can’t go wrong here. Go downstairs and walk straight on to the beach. Snack bar offers burgers, nachos, beer and mixed drinks, sodas and other light fare.

We enjoyed the property and would overall recommend it. The property is a little older, but this room has been completely updated and was very clean. The air conditioning worked great. We liked having 2 bathrooms in the condo and 3 pools to choose from at the property. Very family friendly location. We rented chairs on the beach which was a nice option. When we arrived, the upstairs bed was broken. We got in after hours so I left a voicemail and sent a message on the app. I never received a call back from the management company so I called back a 3rd time the following day. The person that answered said she had no idea about the issue and would check with maintenance and call me back with an update. I never received an update from mgmt company and to our surprise when we returned from the beach the maintenance man was in our room completely unannounced. They did fix the bed, but would have liked better communication. Also would suggest to the management company look into their pick up process for safety concerns. All of our condo details (guest name, condo name/ location, room #, and room lock code) was printed on the outside of an envelope where anyone could see and left for us to pick up in an unlocked box outside of the company.

We love staying at Sugar Beach Condos when we visit Orange Beach for a quick beach trip (from Louisiana)! The whole place overall is a tad outdated but has everything you need! This condo was updated with bright colors and new flooring, bathrooms, etc and was PERFECT and clean! We will be staying here again.
