Green Point 1BR AC Netflix Walk to VA by CTHA

We stayed here for over two weeks. Great wifi and a desk too! Fully equipped kitchen which we used everyday and a washing machine too! Smart TV you can log into and access your streaming services. Supermarket is a 5 minute walk and the V&A about 15 minute walk away. Very safe area, we were comfortable going for runs from here towards green point and seapoint. Checkers is a great supermarket that will deliver groceries in under an hour, very much needed instead of carrying water up the hill! We had a very small leak with the Aircon but the management team were straight on it and they're very responsive to any questions.

I'd recommend asking for two sets of keys if there is more than one person in your group. You cannot get out the door of the building without a key fob which is a bit annoying. The couch is a bit shallow, we pushed the two arm chairs together to make a 2nd couch :)
