In this old restored barn of 150m2 you will have:
A kitchen equipped with: - dishwasher - induction hob - flat screen television - Wireless - oven - microwave - Italian, espresso and classic coffee maker - toaster - fridge + freezer - tea towels A large laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a sink and multiple storage spaces, a toilet. A bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet Three bedrooms with: 1) a double bed (140) & a sink area 2) a double bed (160) & a sink area 3) two single beds (90) You will have access to a large private outdoor terraceoverlooking the countryside and thus ensuring your peace and privacy with: - barbecue & plancha - garden furniture, chairs and armchairs - swing
- billiards - Ping pong table - trampoline - slide-swing - petanque You will benefit from the private swimming pool open from May to September and heated from mid-June to mid-September (26 °) , small / large pool and secure with electric curtain, as well as the summer kitchen and the large gazebo You will also have the opportunity to access the privatized spa area ( PAYING ) (closed in July and August) - open from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. for one-night reservations - open from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. for reservations of two nights or more For more peace of mind, you have the option of: - Rent thesheets and towels The non-optional cleaning fee of 90 € will be paid on site upon arrival. Warning! For the months of July and August, the gîte '' Entre Amis '' is closed.
