About this house rental
Family house that can accommodate couple (s) with children or 3 couples (even out of season, but without the pool). Fenced park, space assured, petanque and gantry with slide. The house has a veranda (with sliding windows) in which it is possible to take breakfast and meals, whatever the weather (a window of the kitchen gives directly on this veranda serving as a hatch).
On the ground floor: kitchen, dining room and lounge, bathroom with toilet, 1 bedroom. On the floor, two rooms of which one with balcony and bed of 140, the other with 2 beds 120 boat. Bathroom and separate WC.
The swimming pool is secured (barrier of one side and vegetal closure on the other 3 sides). Deckchairs inviting to rest and reading, parasol. Barbecue.
Douzillac is located in the Perigord Blanc, at the gates of the Forest of the Double, forest of chestnut, oak, pine .... and dotted with ponds. If you like hiking, you can explore the GR trails, use firewalls either on foot, or by mountain bike or bike. Neuvic, located 5 kms, proposes to visit, all summer, its Renaissance castle and its botanical park. Also, a beautiful leisure base: mini golf, trampoline, zip line.
Périgueux, capital of the department, ancient Gallo-Roman city, classified city of Art and History, awaits you.
The Dordogne offers many opportunities for visits to prehistoric sites: Lascaux 2 caves, Les Eyzies, Castles, the Dordogne Valley, Sarlat, etc ...

We had a truly wonderful holiday in this beautiful holiday home. The hosts Matilde Christiane and Daniel are so friendly and warm and were so welcoming and patient with our poor French skills.The pool is such an asset and was so welcoming in the heat we had an amazing family break.We would definitely recommend this place as such a lovely place to see and experience the Dordogne Thanks for having us we would love to come back again

We enjoyed our stay in Douzillac. The house was great and the beautiful pool totally wonderful during the heatwave. The pool and the outside area made this the 5 stars for us. The garden is huge with lots of fruit trees, boules and a great children’s play area.

Absolutely fabulous house, beautiful location, wonderful owners. Warm welcome. Clean and well equipped. Everything we needed. Gorgeous pool house with changing room was a bonus. We can't wait to come back to the house. The pool was immaculately clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are huge and airy.
