About this house rental
Lovely bright house for 5/6 people of about 100 M2 including pretty land (1500M2) enclosed with its furniture and barbecue as well as an above ground swimming pool (240x 120).
Located in the heart of the purple Périgord, on the hillside in the vineyard of "Pécharmant" in Bergerac. On the wine route, with its wine properties and castles (Tiregand, Château du Roc, Malbernat...)
Beautiful unobstructed view (Château de Monbazillac). Quiet and residential area very close to the city center (5 min by car, 15 min walk), and a few meters from the shops.
Lake and guinguette 5 min.
Sarlat is 1h15, Périgueux 45 min.
It is composed of:
- 2 large bedrooms with 2 double beds + wardrobes
-1 bedroom-office with sofa bed (2 people) and bay window
- 1 bathroom (walk-in shower), bathroom cabinet with double sinks
- 1 separate bathroom
- 1 living-dining area with TV, open
- 1 pretty kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable holiday (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, fridge-freezer...)
