People above noisy and plaster falling down from ceiling as people above banging lots when moving around. Bedroom small bash legs on bed Floor in spare room dirty things left under bed looked like cigarette butt

Le fait que l'appartement soit en coeur de ville. Une fois la voiture garée dans un parking gratuit pas loin, nous avons marché. Un bonheur !

Une seule chose : appartement un peu frais l'hiver, le temps que le chauffage monte.

J'ai fait un premier message pour demander s'il était possible de quitter les lieux plus tard le dimanche matin. L'hôte m'a demandé de renouveler ma demande juste avant mon séjour. Ce que j'ai fait mais je suis restée sans réponse. J'ai reçu un message à 10h15 indiquant que nous devions quitter les lieux rapidement. L'absence de réponse était une réponse négative !

It is really well located, right in the town center

Communication with the Concierge was atrocious. We had an issue with the door and called her- No answer and no follow up to check if it was all ok. We messaged her because the TV had no signal- She ignored us. The only time she cared about communicating with us through booking, was to inform we had to vacate the apartment by 10am otherwise we would be charged extra and we had to take our own rubbish out. The apartment is pretty but needs some TLC. Plugs were broken, TV not working, dust bin broken, old pillows with yellow stains…not a good look It would have been nice to have proper towels to shower or at least if they informed us so we would have brought our own towels as they only provide a tiny towel. No hand soap in the toilet to wash your hands We had to clean the plates before using them as they were dirty. Only one and a half toilet roll provided for 3 adults and 2 kids staying for 3 nights.
