About this villa rental
An incredible view of the whole valley, a sunny swimming pool all day long, this little corner of tranquility will guarantee you a rest and well-being of quality.
The house is ideally located between Périgueux and Saint-Astier, a magnificent view in a very pleasant environment.
Essential shops, shops, restaurants, bars, market... about 7 km from the gîte.
The Périgord Noir is an hour's drive away.
Tourist documentation will be available in the gîte.
Transport:
- If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot of the house (up to 3 vehicles)
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Astier (about 7 km)
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux (about 1h30)
Other remarks
- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent (the pool is however equipped with an alarm system).
Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions
- Unfenced garden
- Wifi free of charge available (fibre optic)
- The stove is functional, wood is provided
- A proper state of cleanliness is required on departure (household appliances included), used linen must be grouped next to the washing machine
