Please pick up parking rules at guard gate. Parking is strictly enforced.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort may tow.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk.
No motorcycle parking is allowed at this resort.

The property is as advertised. The house is due for some updating and the carpet needs to replaced in all the rooms. The property needs a good cleaning including the pool area. We did have some issues with the pool heat and the management was quick to send someone out to fix it quickly. The beds were very comfortable! Overall, our stay was good.

The property was conveniently located with easy access to Disney, however there's a waste treatment plant a couple blocks away which at times had an odor outdoors. Property itself was a bit worn in spots (e.g., loose laminate on counter edge, ancient dryer with rust, etc.) but overall was adequate. Well stocked with supplies for babies (high chairs, strollers, pack-and-plays, etc.) which was a big selling point for us. Hot tub is heated by heat pump, so it takes an hour+ to get it up to "hot tub" temps (101 or so), and no control to keep it from going up beyond to what felt like 105 (too hot!) except the 1-hour timer on the hot tub heat. Unit was clean - just clean enough. Would be nice if they included liquid dish soap or any cleaners for the kitchen. Overall a good value and would stay there again.

Exactly as pictured. Pool heat wasn’t working at first but they were very responsive to email and came out to fix it that day.
