The villa has also upgraded all bedroom mattresses to Sealy Posturepedic Classic Collection in March 2014. Two King en-suites, one queen bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, two twin/twinXL bedded rooms with a bathroom between them. Game room equipped with air hockey, pool table, dart game and stereo. Laundry room contains washer/dryer/iron/iron board/beach towels. All towels, linens and utensils included.

Joanne was a wonderful host! House was very clean with new appliances and had everything we needed for our stay in Orlando. We had a little issue with the AC unit during our stay and within minutes of contacting Joanne, she had the property managers all over it to get it fixed!Great property, location and available amenities! Would recommend this home!Thank you Joanne!!

What a beautiful home! We come down every year for Easter Break from up north and this house was perfect for our vacation. It was super clean, the host was marvelous and attentive and the listing was exactly as stated on Vrbo. Thank you for making our trip worry free.

We enjoyed the villa, the pool and hot tub. The hot tub didn't "bubble" when we arrived but the pool folks were there the next morning to fix it. That was good. The location is good with convenient access to the theme parks and the strip of restaurants and shops. The villa was generally comfortable. It could use some TLC, it seems a bit worn. We came here from the north for the warmth of Florida, however the air conditioning did not provide comfort for us - too much of a good thing... Although set at 75' the temperature never reached 75'. 82'+ was common in the evening and for us it was too hot to sleep comfortably, even with fans.
