Family of 3 adults and three children from UK. On arrival we entered the villa with no issues at all. The villa was clean and ready for us and we had great communication with the host leading up to our visit. We had one issue with irrigation pump which was solved the same day and we had one issue with the Aircon which was fixed within hours of reporting it. We would certainly recommend this villa and the area. The villa is well stocked with everything you need. We all had a lovely time and would most certainly stay here again.

We loved the comfort of the home along with location. The home is spacious and spotless. The pool was used daily and was clean and warm. The pool company came weekly for maintenance and cleaning. We were close to grocery locations, restaurants, and shopping. We were about a 30-minute drive to pick up friends at MCO. We have been to 4 other VRBO's the last 5 years in Florida and this was the best!!! I would recommend this for anyone who wants a perfect home to visit many places in Kissimmee and Orlando.

Joanne is a wonderful host! Her villa was spacious and comfortable. We found the home to be true to the advertising on VRBO. The kitchen had everything we needed for the many meals we prepared as our stay was eight weeks. The central location was great and close to shopping, restaurants and activities. Our favorite part of the home was the heated pool/hot tub, this is where we spent most of our time. The neighborhood was quiet, and the lanai/pool area was private. It was truly relaxing. Steve and Dee, the property managers were very responsive and answered all questions and concern promptly. We would definitely rent this property again.

After a day our AC broke diwn, but Joanne arranged a nice villa for us in the neighbourhood.
The house wasn't as clean as the reviews said
