About this house rental
This house completed in April 2009 is furnished to the highest quality and has that 'luxury' feel to everything.
It is fitted out with all modern conveniences and has the benefit of a private SOUTH WEST facing pool and Lanai area.
The family room is fitted with a 50' TV and SONY Blu-ray DVD home entertainment system which also allows you to pair your Smart devices using bluetooth technology to play your music etc. The games room is equipped with an 8 foot Pool Table, 7 foot Air Hockey Table, XBOX One c/w selection of games, 42' Plasma TV, 2 gaming chairs and a full size arcade game with 125 games !!
All bedrooms have flat screen TV's apart from Themed Bedrooms which have TV/DVD combo themed TV's

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this home!Pros: Great location—very close to Disney, which made park trips easy. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family.Neutral: The bedrooms were a bit warm at night, but that’s just a personal preference (I typically keep my A/C at 68 with a fan). I didn’t find the baby gate in the laundry room closet till the end of our trip-might be helpful to note its location for future guests. I placed it in the garage with the other baby items before we left. There wasn’t a crib or pack ’n play, so I purchased one during our stay and left it with the baby items for others to use. We also had minor issues with the dryer and pool heat, but these could have been resolved had I been told about them sooner.Con: None.Overall:A beautiful home that our family loved—we would definitely stay again and are already considering coming back next year!

Host was above and beyond responsive. This home was immaculant (I have managed a professional cleaning service for over 21 years) The home was well stocked. How to work everything was spelled out very nicely. Amenities were a vacation in themselves. Home was also modern and beautifully decorated. Pool and spa were heated and clean. The deck was our favorite place to hang out and watch the sunset. You will not be disappointed with this rental owners definitely take pride in their home and it shows.
