The location, a few steps from the Pantheon, is exceptional.
The hallway from the street level door to the elevator is dirty and has hints of foul aromas.

I value location most and this location is amazing. Right beside the pantheon. Beyond that the apartment is perfect for what you need - air con and space.
Landlady was rude and she snuck into our room twice without letting us know - once was to turn off the fan and the other was to take cash off our desk for the city tax. So bizarre and very alarming, almost wouldn't recommend this place because of it. Also the shower is terrible and something started leaking during one of the nights.
