Location was absolutely perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had few requests, but anything we needed was handled quickly and professionally. Breakfast is not on site, but very close and is quick, easy and delicious. There are so many people and activity right outside the hotel door at the Pantheon, but we heard no noise in our room, which was fantastic for sleeping. The airport pickup was so easy and welcome after a long flight. Would definitely stay here again.

Elevator service is slow, but that is unavoidable due to the historic building. Didn't really impact us, but someone with mobility issues might want to know.

Amazing location! Room was clean and well kept. My husband and I LOVED to sit in the square at night and people watch all while being steps from our room.

The air conditioning could have been a little bit better, the thermostat seemed inaccurate. Overall it kept us cool and comfortable at night, but not the best we've ever had. I also realize you're not going to get the type of air conditioners we're used to in the US in a centuries old, historic building!

Staff was excellent! Location was good if you want to be in the center of it all - and sound proof which is important by these historic sites like the Pantheon or Trevi Fountain. Okay size room and bathroom for 3 people.

No windows outward to square which wasn't disclosed in the reservation that I could find. Only one opening led to an internal shaft (cavedio I think is what they call it in an apartment building) where you hear clanking of dishes and smell of garbage. I asked about the possibility of another room but the other rooms with a legit window only accommodate 2 people...not 3. In addition, you felt like you were underground as it felt very cave like with no fresh air available. I don't recommend this room and especially if you are a bit claustrophobic as I am. They have a huge jacuzzi tub which I thought was a complete waste of space snd not worth it. Should have utilized this space for a sitting area where people can relax and put suitcases. In general there is never an ideal space in an Italy room for 3 or 4 suitcases...something that needs to be figured out instead of putting them on the floor where it's inconvenient to step around. I realky cant get over what these places charge for a riom like this. I wouldn't stay here again.
