About this villa rental
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to the historic St. James Church yet minutes away from popular Holetown, this charming 3-bedroom beachfront villa is the perfect hideaway here on the gorgeous West Coast of Barbados.
Palms and other exotic fauna frame the entrance, which opens up into a spacious dining room and leads directly to the sunken open-plan living area. A smaller breakfast area and newly installed bar expand the room and make it ideal for entertaining, while large french doors open out onto a cool clay tile-covered terrace and the lovely landscaped gardens beyond.
The two bedrooms in the main bungalow-style house are accessed from a cosy wooden stairway and are both bright, with lovely wooden vaulted ceilings, A/C, and lots of closet space. Large doors open to a joint balcony that overlooks the lush tropical garden and Caribbean Sea. The property is offered fully furnished and has been decorated with a blend of West Indian art mixed with traditional and modern furniture.
A separate guest cottage is accessible from the main patio (though it also has private access through the gardens at the side of the property) and features a studio bedroom, a small kitchenette, a bar, and living and dining space, as well as its own private patio.
A small garden pathway leads directly onto the beach. The famous Folkestone Marine Park, located on the west coast of Barbados, is a short walk along the new boardwalk to the south and features plenty of opportunity for snorkelling, while directly in front is a small bay ideal for morning dips or just a great spot to watch the sun go down.
This lovely beachfront property offers quiet privacy and yet is only minutes from top Barbados attractions, including five-star dining, shopping, nightlife, the popular Limegrove Centre, and other amenities of Holetown.
Please note: There is some construction nearby, minimal noise disruption is being experienced. Construction is expected to be completed in August 2026. We're sure you will enjoy your stay.

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.It was truly idyllic. The staff made us feel comfortable and " at home". The food was delicious (hurray for pumpkin curry!!) and the service was warm and intimate. We would love to come back and explore further.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Perfect for our family to enjoy time together. Snorkelling straight off the beach out front as well as walking past Folkestone Marine Park seeing lots of different fish. Fun places to visit: Animal Flower Cave, make sure to go swimming,Greame Hall, to feed the monkeys and the Flower Forest. Mike was a whizz in the kitchen, creating fabulous Bajan meals from from whatever we brough home and Marita looked after our every other need :) Nothing too trivial, everything was sorted or advice given - special thanks to you both xx :) Thank you for opening up your home to us. We were very impressed by the accommodations and the location. The furnishings and decor, along with the amenities were top notch and perfectly thought out. We felt very safe and were highly satisfied by the staff, Marita and Mike were amazing and made our stay even more special. The outdoor patio and backyard were where we spent most of our time enjoying the sounds of the ocean and birds. It was buggy, but the citronella candle helped a lot, and we brought bug spray with us, preventing it from being an issue. Being able to walk right out to the beach was so special, especially because it's a location known for sea turtles (which we saw many) and other sea life. As far as location, there is some construction nearby but it was not a problem. We rented a car, and the Holetown/Folkestone area, which is nearby so many great places to eat and visit was perfect for us. We appreciate your hospitality in your home welcoming us to Barbados and making for a memorable vacation.

The Walker family have absolutely adored their stay here at Church Point. Bliss - Bliss - Bliss. We will miss hearing the beautiful sound of the sea in and out with nothing to do other than float - float & dream - dream !
