We pride ourselves in offering you unparalleled service from enquiry to checkout. It is our goal to do all we can to ensure your stay is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. From the minute you reserve your stay at Bruadair we are on-hand either by email or telephone to assist with any questions, requests or concerns that you may have, once the day of arrival comes our house manager will meet and greet you and also be on hand to deal with any questions or issues (that we hope do not) arise. Our housekeeper services the villa 5 days per week Monday-Friday for 4 hours per day.

The place and the house were generally good. Good and quiet place. Own jungle and zoo were available daily. Unfortunately, the downstairs kitchen equipment did not work, and the upstairs refrigerator had to be constantly monitored to make sure it was working.
Communication with the owners was very good.
