3-Bedroom Villa on Sandy Lane Estate with Pool & Housekeeper/Cook
This charming single-story villa is nestled within half a hectare of lush tropical gardens on the western end of the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate. Just a short walk from the Sandy Lane Hotel and the private Property Owners Beach Club, it offers an ideal combination of privacy, convenience, and Caribbean elegance.
The villa features open-plan living with bright, airy spaces and excellent furnishings throughout. The vaulted living room blends classic Barbadian mahogany and coral stone with modern bamboo accents, creating a sophisticated yet relaxed Caribbean style. A large marble dining table provides the perfect setting for shared meals with friends and family.
Sliding doors open onto a terrace overlooking the pool and gardens, offering the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, a cocktail, or simply relax while others swim in the sun. A small wrought iron table in the garden provides an additional space for quiet moments or games.
The villa accommodates six guests across three spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms. The master suite features a king-size bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The two additional bedrooms each have twin beds that can be joined to form king beds—one with a private en-suite and the other with a full bathroom just across the hall.
A short 5–7 minute walk (or 2-minute drive) brings you to the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Club, where guests enjoy complimentary loungers, umbrellas, changing facilities, showers, a snack bar, and shaded seating. For those who love water sports, sailing and water skiing are available nearby for an additional fee.
Your stay includes the services of a cook and housekeeper, six days per week, ensuring a seamless and relaxing holiday experience.

To protect linens, Riemann P20 sunscreen is not permitted. This product causes permanent damage to towels and fabrics. Guests may be charged up to USD $50 per damaged towel or up to USD $300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.

We had a great time at the villa. Everything was excellent, especially Ernesta who was very kind and looked after us so well. The villa was so nice and private yet only a short walk to the gorgeous Sandy Lane Beach.
I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good value private villa in Barbados.

Had a wonderful time at the villa. Ernesta and Geoffrey were great, very friendly and looked after us so well. The real bonus was the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Club. It was stunning and to have such a lovely beach just a short walk away was the icing on the cake.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Anchorage! We were welcomed by the ever-smiling Ernesta who prepared a delicious dinner our first night as well as several other meals, all beautifully presented and yummy. She took excellent care of us our entire stay and is a vital part the Anchorage Villa experience!
The outdoor living space at Anchorage is just gorgeous! Geoffrey maintains the grounds immaculately and there are plenty of wonderful spots to lounge. Couldn't imagine finding better outdoor living.
The indoor living space is quite large, open and airy with lots of closet space! Master bath could use updating and the TV didn't work (but oddly enough would come on randomly!)
We loved having easy access to tennis, golf, and the beach. (Our manager was not aware that we were allowed access to tennis.) The surrounding property and the Old Course provide great walking paths.
What could be improved is having some "hotel" amenities provided, like small bottles of basic toiletries. There should absolutely be mosquito repellent supplied! I also think little things like making sure hand soap dispensers are looking good and working and having better quality bed pillows would take Anchorage to the next level.
Overall, Anchorage Villa is absolutely lovely and we would certainly recommend it!! We had a wonderful time!

Oh this villa was just amazing for us. So quiet and private yet still only a short to the beach and Holetown also nearby. Loads of space both inside and out and Ernesta looked after us so well. Thanks Chris for all your help in arranging beforehand. Cannot wait to go back.
