About this villa rental
Located in the prestigious Porters Place development, this excellent villa offers four bedrooms and is close to the vibrant centre of Holetown. Step into this modern yet tropical paradise and experience Barbados’ new level of luxury.
The spacious living area, adorned with elegant furnishings and artwork, features a 75-inch LG TV and is air-conditioned for your comfort. Italian porcelain tiles, natural-coloured rugs, and local and international artwork create a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts Quartz granite countertops and Bosch appliances, perfect for trying out Caribbean culinary delights. Housekeeping is included, and a chef or cook can be arranged upon request.
Sliding doors lead from the living area to a covered dining terrace and courtyard with a sun deck, gardens, and a 20ft pool. An outdoor shower adds to the convenience of the sun deck.
The calm and contemporary master suite features a king-sized bed, Egyptian cotton bedding, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The air-conditioned guest bedrooms offer flat-screen TVs, high-speed internet, and either king or twin beds.
Community amenities on the Porters Place development include a clubhouse, gym, and shared vegetable and herb garden, all within a gated community with 24-hour security. The villa is carbon-neutral, with solar panels and naturally heated hot water tanks. Two parking spots are provided.

Your rental includes the services of a housekeeper, 5 days per week plus access to the beach facility at The Fairmont Royal Pavilion which is approx a 6 to 8 minutes walk away.
It is approximately a 5-minute drive (1.8km) or a 25-minute walk to Holetown where there is a large supermarket, an upscale shopping centre plus numerous restaurants and bars. One of our recommended restaurants in Holetown is the wonderful Tides restaurant.
This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.
