    Hotel is clean and with nice set up. Breakfast was good with variety selection. Love their fruits. Only negative is the shower drain was slow.

    I was assigned an accessible room even though I hadn’t requested or booked one. The shower had no ledge to contain the water, so every shower flooded the entire bathroom floor. When I asked to change rooms, reception insisted the hotel was fully booked and no other room types were available. I checked online booking sites and found upgraded rooms still being sold. After I returned and said I was willing to pay the difference, a different room suddenly became available. The entire ordeal took nearly two hours. The poor room design was disappointing, but being told no rooms were available until I proved otherwise was even more frustrating.
