This apartment is located on the first floor of the building, it does not have an elevator, but the stairs are super comfortable.
One bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed in the living room.
There is one bathroom with a shower and one with a shower/bathtub.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it is very modern and it is integrated in the living room which makes it very spacious.
The apartment has been renovated with great taste and care. The decoration is very special and careful as well as modern.
It has free Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning.
We welcome guests. We help you get to know Madrid and we are at your disposal throughout your stay. We have a cot service on request.

How to get
From the Airport or Train or Bus Station, you have Bus, Metro and Taxi, we can also send a car to pick you up, which costs €30 for a Taxi and waiting lines, we send you a car and we wait for you, not you ( the price varies depending on the car you need). Don't stop contacting us.

But in case you need to take public transport, you have the Gran Vía metro stop (L1 and L5) 5 minutes away and numerous day and night buses that pass through Gran Vía to take you to the place you want.

The property is located in Malasaña, near the Chueca and Tribunal subways. Walking you go to the most typical center of Madrid, Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, Princesa, perfect to get to know Madrid.
Area of bars, drinks, monuments and museums, all without the need for a car, because being located in the heart of Madrid, communication is excellent and it is possible to get around on foot.
